Arizona Opera
Arizona Opera – now in its 35th Season – is the only professional producer of grand opera in the state and one of only three companies in the that performs in two cities. Led by General and Artistic Director Joel Revzen, the company produces five operas each season.
Arizona Theatre Company
Forty years ago, quality professional theatre for the people of Arizona was
just a dream. Today ATC is recognized as one of the most dynamic theatres
in the country. As the professional resident theatre of Arizona, ATC has
been performing full seasons in both Phoenix and Tucson to a combined
audience of more than 150,000 since 1983.
Borderlands Theater
Although focusing on the Latino/Chicano voice as the core voice to nurture and support, Borderlands works interactively with all of the voices of the region. The "border," both as physical and social landscape, is a metaphor for Borderlands' work.
Tucson Symphony Orchestra
The Tucson Symphony Orchestra is the oldest continuing professional performing arts organization in the state of Arizona. The TSO does for its community what providers of good music do everywhere: celebrate the excitement and joy of live classical music and popular music as part of everyday life.
